The
CECA MEDIATION
center is designed to meet the requirements (security
and services) of the international diplomatic community.
The intended primary function of this facility is
to bring together disputing/warring factions and provide
them with a venue to peacefully resolve their differences.
However,
other government departments (federal and regional)
are also considered the "target market" for this facility.
Marketing the CECA
Mediation Center
CECA
has had discussions with senior representatives from
the Canadian Department of Foreign affairs regarding
the need for such a facility.
Acting as the Honorary Consul for Malawi, a senior
board member for CECA has been provided the opportunity
to forge relationships and friendships with High Commissioners,
Ambassadors and Consuls from many nations. These relationships
are an integral component in the marketing of this
mediation facility.
